How do I buy digital pattern?
PDF patterns are digital PDF files. They are delivered instantly to the email address you provide. Nothing physical is shipped to you.
If you haven’t received your patterns please check your SPAM or JUNK folder. Sometimes emails from unexpected addresses can be filtered out by your mail system.
What paper sizes does the pattern come in?
The patterns all come with the following paper sizes:
– US letter (print at home)
– A4 (print at home)
You only need to print the files you will be using. If you are printing at home with a US Letter printer/paper. You will need to download files marked US Letter and can ignore the other files.
I can't open or print the files.
To open files you will need a programme that can open PDF format, such as Adobe Reader (can be downloaded for free online). Please do not use Microsoft Word, as this doesn’t like pdf files and can distort your files.
– “The file is corrupted” pop up appears. Please re-download the file as it may have corrupted during the download process.
Can I exchange or return the pattern I purchased?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales for digital items are final. PDF Patterns cannot be exchanged after purchasing.
Is seam allowance included in your patterns ?
Yes. We include seam allowance in our patterns.
